Join our team as a Finance Business Partner

We are thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to become an integral part of our dynamic Finance team on a permanent basis.

This is the perfect time to join us on our transformation journey to provide a truly modern finance function, helping to support our ambition to build more homes and invest in our existing properties.

As a vital member of the Business Partnering team, you’ll collaborate with Directors, Senior Managers, and budget holders, providing invaluable information, analysis, and insight to steer strategic and business objectives. Your role involves challenging conventional thinking, fostering informed decision-making, and actively contributing to driving business strategy. Additionally, you will support corporate objectives, instil corporate values, and aid budget holders in achieving optimal value for money.

Some of the things we are looking for:  

  • A qualified Accountant with at least two years’ post qualification experience 
  • At least two years’ experience in accounting in a large and complex organisation with substantial budgets   
  • Experience of working in a business partnering role  
  • Experience of developing and delivering an excellent customer driven service to differing audiences and stakeholders  
  • Experience of developing finance reporting which informs and supports service delivery 
  • Experience of interpreting information, carrying out research, analysing complex data, appraising performance, and managing risk  

While this role offers the flexibility of being home-based, occasional travel to Group offices and other locations, including Birmingham Business Park Solihull and Central Park, Worcester, is required.
