If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you to join our Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) team. We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide administration support across Platform Housing Group, ensuring the highest standards of employee Health & Safety.

As a vital member of the team, you will enjoy a varied role encompassing an array of administrative tasks whilst liaising with different departments across the business.

Some of your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our central H&S Mailbox, providing prompt responses to inquiries, and directing requests for specialist advice as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of Health & Safety data and information in our systems and on the Company Intranet, including incident/accident records.
  • Collaborating with various areas of the business to support Health & Safety initiatives.
  • Finding ways to improve and add value by suggesting efficiency, risk reduction, and training enhancements.

Some of the things we are looking for:

  • A good general education to GCSE level in Maths, English, and ICT.
  • Intermediate Knowledge of MS Office suite and experience of Sharepoint and Teams.
  • Proven communication skills with experience of working within an administration role in a busy changing environment.
  • Experience of maintaining accurate records, audit trails and data bases and experience of collation of data for corporate reports.
  • Ability to identify and implement corporate improvement.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise workload.

While this role offers the flexibility of being home-based, occasional travel to Group offices and other locations, including Birmingham Business Park Solihull and Central Park, Worcester, is required.
