This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Client-Side Quantity Surveyor to join our Asset Management department on a fixed term basis until 27th September 2025.

This is a fantastic new opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing pre- and post-contract cost management in the delivery of maintenance activities, including the implementation and management of a robust supply chain.

Some of the things we need from you:

  • Significant experience in managing commercial functions
  • Degree qualified or with equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Have experience with construction related contracts
  • Have experience of budget forecasting and management
  • Ability to establish strong, sustained working relationships based on respect and effective negotiation and influencing skills
  • Be numerate, highly IT literate, accurate and detail conscious

Although this role is home-based, you should be able to travel to and work from our group offices as needed, approximately once a week. Our Group offices are situated at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull, and Central Park, Worcester.
