Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are currently looking for a talented and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our growing team on a permanent basis. 

In this key role, you will provide confidential, high-level administrative and project support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and the Asset Management leadership team.

Some of the things we are looking for: 

  • Around two years' experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role, or a similar position 

  • Experience of diary management, minute taking and organising meetings and events 

  • Excellent Communicator with experience of working with senior employees and Board members 

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people to coordinate and collate information  

  • Dedicated to delivering high standards of work and consistently maintaining confidentiality. 

While this role is home based, you should have the ability to occasionally travel to Group offices as required. Our Group offices are in Birmingham Business Park and Central Park, Worcester. Any required travel will be reimbursed in line with the current inland revenue mileage rates.
